- Identifying new market and business opportunities as per the company’s development plan.
- Coordinating with potential landlords and real estate companies and developing relationships.
- Conducting market search for potential areas in UAE with focus on Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
- Tracking other F&B leases expiry dates and exits.
- Ensure accuracy in forecasting new store openings as per company plan.
- Gather and update a baseline data of market and competitor as a source of accurate & up-to-date information for market studies.
Required :
- 4 to 5 Experience in the same field and existing network of contacts.
- Work experience in handling market & competition analysis
- Relevant experience in Café establishment and F&B sector.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong time management, communication and presentation skills.
- Office and field work, fast paced nature, and frequent travel
- Valid UAE driver’s license
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Salary : From AED6,000.00 per month
