Job Brief

The goal is to facilitate the sales team & Office activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company in addition to reaching the set target for quotes, orders, and follow up. And also, knowledge in Multitasking is a plus

Skills Required :

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  2. The capacity to work well on your own or in a team.

  3. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;

  4. Good computer skills (MS Office)/Tally

  5. Knowledgeable about using B2B system

  6. Experience in the sales industry is a Plus.

Requirements :

  1. Minimum 2+ Years of overall experience especially in the sales and trading field in UAE. Water

and Water & Waste Water Treatment companies preferable

  1. Good Command over English Language is a must.

  2. Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.

  3. Excellent professional image.

Job description

  • Responsible for the preparation and submission of techno-commercial
  • Proposals and tenders for various Turnkey projects (STP, WTP,UF,RO).
  • Preparation of STP, WTP, ETP, RO, DM plant proposal.
  • Other Responsibilities include cost estimation, vendor analysis and selection, feasibility, study, resource allocation etc...
  • Selection of rotating equipment s like pumps, Blowers, Agitators, Compressors etc
  • Preparation of BOQ.
    1. Coordinates with the sales team, managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
    1. Ensures all customers have up-to-date information and materials.
    1. Ensures orders and inquiries are processed according to customer requirements.
    1. Maintains electronic filing systems to keep sales records and provides general information to the management when needed.
    1. Inform the management of any delay in the process in the follow-up.
    1. Follows up with customers and achieves sales order and quotations target every day.
    1. Performs any other tasks as asked by the manager.
    1. Knows how to prepare PO’s, Invoice Delivery notes, Submittal, and letters.
    1. Knowledgeable on handling freight forwarders.
    1. Able to handle the petty cash expenses and costing with respect to the sales activities

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
