Responsibilities : Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the used car dealership to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

Oversee the procurement, pricing, and inventory management of pre-owned vehicles.

Monitor and manage the condition, maintenance, and presentation of vehicles to ensure optimal sales potential.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Implement effective sales techniques, negotiations, and customer engagement strategies to maximize revenue.

Provide guidance and support to sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Foster strong relationships with customers by maintaining open communication and addressing inquiries and concerns.

Ensure an exceptional customer experience through transparent and ethical business practices.

Monitor and manage the financial performance of the used car dealership, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins.

Develop and manage the budget for the used car business, optimizing resource allocation.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and sales targets for team members. Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to enhance team's skills and knowledge.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to used car sales and dealership operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions.
