Digital marketing coordinator Jobs in Sharjah 2022 | Atlas Search Job Description We are seeking an ambitious Social Media Director to join our team! The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is hands-on, has an indefatigable work ethic, and sets an example that others wish to emulate. Media Directors should have substantial experience in the planning, buying, executing, and subsequent evaluation of media channels that are relevant to driving the business KPIs of the client, with a heavy emphasis on paid social and performance marketing. Qualifications:
Consistently pursue growth and improvement using performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, consumer segmentation, collaborative creativity, and optimized landing pages. Contribute to the team’s success by making sure that high standards are maintained and immediately applied to work for clients. Share your research with the rest of the acquisition team and the top marketers in the company. Maintain a steady cycle of analysis and enhancement of the channel’s performance to guarantee that it always lives up to or exceeds targets. Campaign delivery, traffic, and activity should be actively tested and monitored so that insights may be gleaned from analytics and used to inform recommendations for campaign enhancements. Maintaining Responsible for managing the yearly budgeting process as well as the monthly, weekly, and daily forecasting and reporting of channel-level traffic, revenue, expenditure, ROI, and other performance KPIs. Manage advertising companies’ relationships with clients and oversee the administration of services relating to digital media. Lead acquisition/performance campaign strategy, planning, launch, optimization, and performance measurement across digital channels from start to finish. Construct and carry out customer-focused campaigns and activities that result in lasting, mutually beneficial business partnerships. Manage the creation of online advertising initiatives (with a major focus on paid social). Engage with senior client executives to align key agency resources to meet client needs and to grow the client’s business. Come up with new ideas and opportunities to ensure the success of client campaigns.
Skills:
experience developing and executing multi-tactic, integrated campaigns with a sponsored social focus. leadership skills, especially with regards to conducting quarterly business reviews and leading presentations to clients, either in person or over the phone. proven ability to deliver business opportunities to existing and potential customers. Proven ability to learn and master other productivity applications, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. minimum of five years of experience working in the media, preferably for or with an agency.
