Work closely with architects, contractors and other professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Job Responsibilities:
Lead all development activities and provide strategic leadership and tactical implementation of Expo City Dubai’s real estate projects. Develop and implement the development strategy for Expo City Dubai Prepare the development and operational plans (including market research, due diligence reports, financial analysis etc.) for the real estate projects Deliver large-scale real estate projects from the master planning phase through design and construction until operational across Expo City Dubai Manage the procurement process and selection of relevant consultants such as architects, construction management companies, contractors etc. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors or other consultants as required to ensure that the construction projects proceed according to the schedule Manage the process of receiving permits, approvals etc., through the management of relationships with key stakeholders such as DEWA, DM etc
Job Requirements: 15+ years experience in the real estate industry as well as:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, Construction or a related field Substantial experience managing real estate development process in major real estate developments from the project initiation to project structuring, design, construction, commissioning and operating Excellent project management skills
