Job Title: Deputy General Manager

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Collaborate with project managers to plan execute and finalize projects according to established deadlines budgets and quality standards.Supervise and lead project teams providing guidance motivation and support to ensure effective collaboration and project success.Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure construction projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.Monitor project budgets expenses and financial performance taking corrective actions as needed to ensure projects remain within budget constraints.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery ensuring proactive measures are taken to address challenges.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients keeping them informed about project progress changes and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations codes and safety standards.Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the construction management process.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.7 to 10 years of proven experience in the building construction industry emphasizing project management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Indepth knowledge of construction processes materials and safety regulations.Proficiency in project management software and tools.InDepth knowledge of Villa Construction (AZ)Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
