Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their Corporate Office department. The candidate will be responsible for implementation of all transnational services associated with the recruitment processes. This includes managing internal and external recruitment from the receipt of approved vacancy requisition, attraction, assessment and delivery of talent to the business line, in a timely manner. The candidate will also be responsible for developing relationships with the hiring manager within the business line of focus to understand appropriate talent requirements and be able to offer appropriate acquisition strategies to secure talents, that includes multiple methods of attracting, liaising and coordinating with reputable recruitment agencies.
the candidate should be able to handle end to end recruitment cycle, from sourcing through to on-boarding hand over, work closely with HR Relationship Manager to ensure best practice and consistency in the advice and delivery of recruitment processes, utilize the most effective methods of attraction and implement based on cost and timeliness of service, review direct and indirect applications and take accountability for prescreening, assessment and recommendations, arrange interview schedules on behalf of Line Managers, represent the Organization at recruitment fairs, road shows and other events as required and provide advice to and resolution of inquiries related to recruitment.

He/she must have a University degree/equivalent qualification or HR professional qualification and a minimum of 2 years’ of relevant experience in the Recruitment field. The candidate should also have good understanding of employment law, local custom and practice as it applies to Recruitment. a good computer knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.) and fluency in English, Arabic preferred.
