Training and Development Executive

We are looking for an organized and experienced trainer to join our organization. The trainer will evaluate our needs and current practices and create and deliver a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.

  • To Understand training needs and provide training for Merchandisers/ Sales Promoters for multiple brands in the group.
  • Coordinate with Merchandisers Coordinators to conduct training programs according to the concerned brand’s requirements.
  • Travel across the Emirates and meet Merchandiser staff to know their job and product knowledge level.
  • Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
  • Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
  • Prepare learning materials for programs.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Review employee performance and learning.

Requirements :

  • 2 to 4 years Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business, and human resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
