Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • This analyst must have a high-level understanding of HR information systems, tools, and technologies. The analyst should have functional experience and an understanding of standard and specialized HR business events.
  • 3+ years functional design and configuration of HCM solutions. An emphasis on HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Leave as per UAE Laws
  • Experience with a systems development lifecycle methodology
  • Proficiency with Application Designer, system integration, and data migration tools.
  • Ability to understand basic security; roles and permissions.
  • Needs Assessments, Requirements gathering and development of model office configuration (prototype/CRP).
  • Proficiency with system test planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Ability to explore alternative methods to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with Human Resources information management systems and tools

Salary : AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education :

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
