Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- This analyst must have a high-level understanding of HR information systems, tools, and technologies. The analyst should have functional experience and an understanding of standard and specialized HR business events.
- 3+ years functional design and configuration of HCM solutions. An emphasis on HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Leave as per UAE Laws
- Experience with a systems development lifecycle methodology
- Proficiency with Application Designer, system integration, and data migration tools.
- Ability to understand basic security; roles and permissions.
- Needs Assessments, Requirements gathering and development of model office configuration (prototype/CRP).
- Proficiency with system test planning and execution.
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Ability to explore alternative methods to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Demonstrated experience with Human Resources information management systems and tools
Qualifications /
Required Skills :
- Must be able to collaborate
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage and report on many concurrent activities
- Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary
- Professional appearance, communication and behavior, including punctuality
- Must be proficient in Job related Benefit self service and Life Events
Salary : AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
