The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.

We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead the technology renovation in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for experienced product operations managers who will be responsible for providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring the success across key products and business initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify the unique value proposition and positioning of TikTok creative products and solutions, utilizing quantitative and qualitative inputs to target the appropriate gaming client segmentation
  • Develop tools and resources to support gaming sales teams in effectively selling creative products, including product onboarding and training, routine workshops/webinars and best practice sharing
  • Develop GTM strategies in local regions for new products and features, identifying key marketing channels and coordinating with XFN teams to drive product adoption and gaming revenue growth
  • Support product operations of 3P Creative with the focus on gaming demand (i.e., advertisers) side, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of creative products that deliver against business strategy
  • Provide first-line gaming market insights and collect product feedback to help shape creative product strategy and drive business expansion

Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of work experience in product marketing, product operations, or other related roles, preferably within the gaming or technology industry
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals
  • Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving
  • Great communicator & team-worker. Comfortable navigating global organization structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. Thriving in a work environment with diverse cultures.
  • Experience in digital advertising and knowledge of gaming marketplace dynamics is a plus
