Job position :Teppanyaki Chef

Job location :Abu Dhabi

Role Overview : Responsible for the production and quality control of all Japanese food served throughout the Club

Main Duties

  • Responsible for running the Sushi/Thai Section with the assistance of the Demi Chef de Partie and Commis Chef.
  • Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specipic restaurant standards.
  • Managing and development and supervision of the Commis Chefs on the section ensuring they are fully trained and understand their duties.
  • Ensure that stocks is rotated and controlled within the Sushi/Thai section of the kitchen.
  • Ensure the cleaning schedule is adhered to and that the cleaning tasks are delegated as appropriate.
  • Ensure full understanding of the functional administration of the restaurant.
  • Maintain a detailed Knowledge of the full menu and able to explain dish description.
  • Ensure all policies, procedures, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to.

To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in UAE or any other country as CDP Teppanyaki
  • Salary Range: 3,500 AED to 4,000 AED (depending on experience +sharing accommodation + 3 x Meals/day + 250 AED additional allowance upon completion of 6 mos. + free uniform + free transportation inside the company + Every 2 years ticket cash (roundtrip to home country) + visa & medical insurance will be provided

Salary : AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

  • Teppanyaki Chef: 3 years (required)
  • Hospitality: 3 years (required)
