The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the telecom industry, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders as well as leading the Business Development team’s growth efforts in West Africa and East Africa.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of key accounts , serving as the primary point of contact for customersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and end-usersDevelop a deep understanding of customers' needs, business objectives, and pain points, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingWork closely with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals, contracts, and other documentsProvide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional mannerMonitor customer satisfaction, track account performance, and develop strategies to improve customer retention and loyaltyCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and servicesStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, and share insights with customers and internal stakeholdersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in account management or sales in the telecom industryExperience in West and East Africa marketsProven track record of achieving revenue targets, managing customer relationships, and driving customer satisfactionExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software #J-18808-Ljbffr
