– Responsible for highlighting cross selling business for the Middle East region, supervising different virtual teams from different business units
– Practice “one face to customer” concept & coordinate regional business units as one hub for all requests for RO (regional organization) key accounts
– Generate regular cross selling reports both to central functions and local management, prepare extensive ad hoc market analysis, searching business potentials related to cross selling from various channels
– Identification & tracking of major key accounts & projects opportunities, in coordination with business units; acting as “door opener”, introducing them to projects’ decision makers
– Lead giving on both conventional construction projects and distribution extension projects by both utilizing existing customer relations and forming new professional ones
– Coordination of targets & activities with Regional Liaison Representatives
– Market entry activities for Bosch business units that have no presence in the Middle East; including business field analysis, structural and strategical market entry recommendations, etc.
– Close support in strategic business development projects steered by the Management
– Bachelor or master degree in Business Administration, Management or Engineering; MBA is a plus
– Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
– Fluent English and German
– At least 7-10 year experience in sales & business development and/or strategic marketing, preferably in high-tech multinational companies
– Excellent customer orientation and networking skills
– Very good team working and multi-tasking skills
– High degree of self-motivation & accuracy, well performing under pressure, flexibility, self-confidence, high willingness to learn, result-orientation, self-organization
