Job Details:
- Location: UAE (remote)
- Contract duration: 2 years (permanent)
- Work Schedule: 6 days / week
- Notice: 2 weeks (maximum)
- Salary: will be discussed upon shortlist
Experience required:
- Min 15 years of working as a Construction manager with experience of marine construction projects.
- Monitoring and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor and ensure strict compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Liaising and working cooperatively with construction workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Meeting with engineers, architects, and contractors on an ongoing basis regarding project objectives and progress.
- Managing and motivating site foremen and teams.
