Ownership of dark store expansion projects Building forecasts for new stores in terms of financials/assortment / and replenishment logistics with internal stakeholders Working with brokers to identify new store locations with required coverage, and managing the serviceable area that is identified for that location Supervising scaleup plan ensuring adherence to go-live dates and smooth operations Aligning all moving parts are ready by the go-live date. Communicate project status, drive escalations on potential risks and delays across multiple teams and leadership Prepare weekly reports to internal stakeholders with the status of deliverables Contribute to property scouting efforts in designated areas by actively exploring the surroundings alongside the team. Coordinate information between various teams in the organization and landlords.
What you'll need:
Bachelors in Business Administration or a similar field 3+ years of relevant experience preferably in commercial leasing Highly detail oriented with proven strong business sense Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities. Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets. Commercial and financial awareness with a full understanding of how failure impacts customer order fulfilment as well as profitability.
