Duties and Responsibilities :
- Preparing ELV systems AutoCAD drawings (CCTV System, Public address system, Access Control System, Structured Cabling etc. as per the client requirements and regulations.
- Take off quantity of ELV systems from the provided drawings.
- Attending site survey in accordance with the client's requirements.
- Ability to multitask and produce desired results in a deadline driven environment.
- Drawings timely completion / delivering the works before deadline.
- Assisting the sales team in understanding and assessing customer's requirements.
- Drawings, technical submittals & documentations must be completed according to the consultant professional standards.
- Preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings as per the regulation and requirement
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 or more years’ draftsman experience in Low Current Security Systems
- Comfortable handling confidential information and documents.
- Able to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Working conditions/Physical Requirements : Work will generally take place during day shift hours; special circumstances may require weekend or shift work. Work may include travel within the United Arab Emirates. Work can take place both indoors and outdoors. The job may include extended periods of standing, lifting of heavy objects, or repetitive tasks and the use of lifts, ladders, or scaffolding. Work may include use of hand and power tools.
