Description: Job Summary
Associate Manager Sustainability to be involved in diverse, high profile and impactful projects along with supporting IFFCO Business Units to advance in sustainability through the implementation of value-adding solutions, including Climate roadmap, sustainability reporting and driving strategic programs in Planet, People and Product pillars. This role will also involve working closely with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders and requires the ability to work at both analytical and “big-picture" perspectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Build and maintain climate data ownership at IFFCO group level in line with GRI protocol Interact across Business Unit Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IS and other departments to ensure climate and other ESG performance metrics are reported in time in full Serve as an expert advisor for IFFCO Sustainability programs to collect, consolidate, track, analyse information with the aim to support data-driven decision making Identify opportunities, analyse risk/ reward trade-offs for IFFCO Sustainability Programs. Participate in business cases building and aligning across functions Leading Ecovadis, Sedex, CDP, IRF and other disclosures and audits Coordination and administrative support to Sustainability team. Connecting functions, BUs and external stakeholders for smooth, accurate and timely data flow, reporting and project management within corporate Sustainability programs Contribute to GHG reduction roadmap building and execution Work within cross-functional team to advise internal stakeholders across Business Groups to develop ESG roadmaps and influence performance ESG benchmarking and assessments: create and conduct analyses to understand ESG performance relative to peers, and adding value to developing roadmaps Sustainability reporting: collect and consolidate ESG metrics, track standards adherence. Collect, compile, measure and report on progress and results of projects Ratings and rankings assessments: interpret rating methodologies (e.g. Sustainalytics, CDP) and identify opportunities for improvement Ensuring coordination with sustainability transformation and cross-functional efforts, to achieve Group, BGs, BUs and Programs goals Support in external communications of sustainability success stories and projects, providing relevant content in time and full KPIs
Climate and other Sustainability programs in focus targets achievement
Work experience requirement
3-5 years of Food industry experience: MNC
Sustainability proven track record of 3+ years as well as Climate Change related projects can be a strong advantage
Corporate, Strategy background, as well as Project Management experience is an advantage
Qualification
University Graduates in Agriculture / Environment Science
