Our clinic is renowned for providing exceptional care and delivering outstanding results to our valued clients. As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead our cosmetic department Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cosmetic department, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient care. Lead and manage a team of cosmetic professionals, including physicians, nurses, and aestheticians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, enhance patient satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and protocols related to cosmetic procedures and clinic operations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment. Manage patient inquiries, consultations, and scheduling, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and optimal patient experience. Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in cosmetic procedures and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service offerings. Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budget management, and performance evaluations for staff within the cosmetic department. Foster strong relationships with existing clients and actively engage in marketing efforts to attract new clients to the clinic.
