As we continue to advance service offerings to clients in the region, we are seeking Asset Management Consultants at all levels.The Asset Management team works with our clients to help them realise value from their assets. Working at all levels of client organisations across multiple sectors and industries; we act as a critical friend providing strategic thinking and practical, resilient and assured solutions that deliver whole life value. By combining traditional consultancy skills with data driven solutions we increase our clients understanding of their asset base, helping them to work smarter and realise tangible benefits.What you can expect:In this role you will work closely with our clients to understand their issues and support innovative, value adding solutions. This may include the development of strategies and tools to enable our clients to make the right investment and intervention decisions over the entire asset life cycle. As a solutions provider, we are seeking an individual who can integrate into our dynamic team and help them develop and deliver their Asset Management advisory service . You will be joining a team of expert consultants and be expected to embrace our relationship-based sales ethos being whilst be an excellent role model for your colleagues.There are opportunities for all grades from Junior Consultant through to Associate Director in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.Degree qualified or comparable performance, knowledge and expertise in relevant engineering, Science, Mathematics and/or Asset/Information Management discipline; Enthusiastic, self-starter with an open mind who is willing to challenge established practice;Maintain up to date knowledge of techniques, best practices and statutory requirements;Ability to form relationships and develop industry connectivity; Excellent communication, including both oral and written English;Good breadth of knowledge and experience across the full scope of Asset Management (stakeholders, strategy, plans, lifecycle management, people, asset information, risk and review);Builds positive/effective relationships with clients and co-workers and demonstrates focus on satisfying both internal and external customers;Be an excellent team player who can collaborate effectively; Here’s What You’ll Need (Senior levels):Experience in the definition, development and implementation of an Asset Management System (such as ISO 55001);Experience delivering innovative solutions;Ability to provide constructive challenge to ways of working;Experience across multiple market sectors;Experienced facilitator of small-group workshops;Support industry benchmarking, knowledge sharing and the development of thought leadership.Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or equivalent certificationPrevious experience within the Middle East or international consulting industry would be highly regarded.
