We're in search of a Technical Product Manager with expertise in AI/ML. This role will be pivotal in molding our applied research strategy and amplifying our product's reach. Collaborating closely with our research and engineering teams, you'll drive productization opportunities and define our strategy for Arabic Large Language Models (LLM).

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
- Draft and provide business requirement documents and related artefacts to guide product, feature, and infrastructure development.
- Map product and business goals to tangible metrics assessing outcomes and results.
- Understand user needs, gather requirements, and set the project's scope.
- Translate product strategies into detailed specifications, manage product launches, and ensure post-launch product success.
- Regularly update and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap based on data and customer insights.
- Streamline critical user experiences and formulate services and applications features spanning LLM capabilities.
- Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Refine and contribute to the team's processes and mechanisms.
- Engage actively in stand-ups, design reviews, and other technical discussions to uphold product quality.
- Lead outreach activities through conferences, workshops, and newsletters to boost our research's visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI/ML and integrate relevant advancements into our technology vision.
- Partner with cross-functional teams encompassing engineering, design, analytics, product marketing, and user research.
Skills and attributes for success
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and crafting actionable plans.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation, spotting opportunities, and innovating platform capabilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or similar degree and 5+ years of experience in product management or software development, particularly in data-driven solutions, AI, and ML.
- Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery.
- Ability to extract insights from quantitative and qualitative data sources.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven expertise in stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and product marketing principles.
- Strategic thinker balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives.
- Profound knowledge of technology management lifecycles.
- Acquaintance with AI efficiency challenges and/or experience in productizing AI/ML solutions.
- Skilled in defining requirements and leveraging data for business insights.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Active participation in technology-related discussions concerning product decisions.
- Experience in authoring detailed technical specifications.
- Proven competency in managing multiple projects from ideation to delivery.
- Agile and Scrum methodology expertise is a must.
- Experience in defining the scope expectations in complex, ambiguous environment.
