Manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of aesthetic services. Greet and assist patients, providing a welcoming and professional environment. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. Prepare and organize documents related to patient consultations and treatments. Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about clinic services. Collaborate with the medical team to relay relevant information and updates. Billing and Payments: Process patient invoices and handle payment transactions in accordance with clinic policies. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the clinic, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in organizing and coordinating clinic events and promotions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an aesthetic clinic for a minimum of 4 years. Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a professional manner. Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
