Overview of Job Description Reporting into our Head of People we are looking for a HR advisor to partner with the business across HR and People focussed strategies. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents. Our HR Advisor position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Ultimately, you will elevate your HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions across MENA. High-level Responsibilities: Support Head of People with HR tasksMaintain employee records (soft and hard copies)Drive employee engagement initiatives Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leave)Assist People Officer with leave reconsPrepare paperwork for HR policies and proceduresProcess employees’ requests and provide relevant informationLead on HR projects, meetings and training sessionsCollaborate with the Recruitment Team to ensure hiring plan delivery Prepare reports and presentations for internal communicationsAssist in onboarding and inductions for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies Place within the Organisation Reports directly to the Head of People Works closely with the People and Executive Administrator, Managing Director and the Operations DirectorForming part of the Dubai HR team as well as the Global People teamWorking solely on the MENA regions Key Requirements Ideally of circa 5 years proven work experience in HRPrevious experience leading on HR and People focussed strategies Degree/diploma in Human Resources or relevant fieldHand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMSWorking knowledge of Google SuiteExcellent computer literacy and experience with Google docs, sheets, slides and formsStrong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and visa processes Excellent organisational and time-management skillsExcellent Teamwork skills Key Competencies and Work Ethic Upholding Incubeta Values: Dare to leadEarn trustExceed expectationsHelp others succeedPositive Influence – having a positive attitude and keeping other team members motivated.
