Assist account team in handling clients
integrated marketing communications briefs from project briefing all the way to project delivery.Assist account team on internal trafficking of projects through Creative Studio and ProductionAssist in rolling out media plansObtain schedules and advise project team of any delays or variancesParticipate in weekly status meetingsIssues copies and circulates contact reports from meetingsProof reads English material at all stages of project. Preferable second language to be Arabic or MandarinResponds and delivers Client and internal requests in a service oriented mannerPrepares all necessary documentation like LPOs Cost Estimates Job Lists Status Lists etc.Fosters a good working relationship with clients either through direct contact or in support of client needsRemains current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting client
s businessCollects and files competitive communication and samplesProvides other administrative support to account teamParticipate in the creative and strategy processPresent creative and strategy work to clientRequirementsUniversity degree (e.g. in media or business studies)1 to 2 years of experience in advertisingLanguages: fluent in English. Arabic or Mandarin as secondary (not necessary)Marketing knowhow (online offline integrated) with additional experience from other disciplines an advantageHighly motivated and cooperative behavior within a team willing and able to work across disciplines (planning creation IT etc.)strong customer orientation: committed professional and authenticreliable and autonomous with excellent organizational skillsresilient and openminded;highly flexible and keen to develop with passion curiosity and an ability to listen carefully (LENZ)Strong presentation skillsClear understanding of the creative process University degree (e.g., in media or business studies) 1 to 2 years of experience in advertising Languages: fluent in English.
